I can’t find my activity
Welcome to this guide that will help you navigate through the process of selecting your activity on Scrap.io.
When we talk about activity on Scrap.io, we are referring to a specific category present on Google Maps. Unlike Google Maps, on Scrap.io, you cannot perform keyword searches. Each establishment listed on Google Maps is associated with a primary category that defines its field of activity. However, it is also possible to add secondary categories.
Example: A bar restaurant can choose "restaurant" as the primary category and "bar" as the secondary category. In case you are unsure about which activity to choose or if you have doubts:
Go to Google Maps.
Write the category you are looking for. For example: "yoga".
Look under the establishment's name to discover which category has been chosen. In our example, you can see the result as "Yoga studio". Once you have determined the category on Google Maps, you can return to Scrap.io and conduct your search using the "Yoga studio" category.
