My credit card is not working, can I use another payment method?

If you are experiencing issues with credit card payment, please note that we perform an automatic test on your card before activating your subscription. This test involves a $1 charge that is instantly refunded to your account. If your bank declines this payment during the test, it will prevent the setup of your subscription (or the 7-day free trial). Unfortunately, we do not accept other alternative payment methods. The best solution in this situation would be to contact your bank to verify and resolve any payment issues. We apologize for any inconvenience.
