Why do you ask for my credit card?

We ask for your credit card to avoid interruption of service after the trial period. No, you don't pay anything during the trial period. You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking a button on your customer interface. If you do so during the trial period, you won't be charged. If you continue with us after the 7 days, you will be charged monthly or yearly (depending on the plan you choose).

No, there are no hidden fees. You have a free 7-day trial period, and after that, we charge you the subscription fee every month. You can cancel your subscription at any time, before or after the trial period, as soon as you no longer need it.

Is it 100% secure?

We do not store card numbers and they never go through our servers. Cards registrations and encryptions are done by Stripe which is the reference worldwide. Scrap.io meets the highest PCI-DSS security standards because we never have access to card numbers.

What is your refund policy?

We know that some customers forget to cancel their subscription before the end of the trial period. That's why we will always refund our customers up to 30 days after a missed transaction. Of course, this only works if you are in good faith and did not use the application during the paid period.
