Is there a commitment?
The subscription is without any commitment. You can cancel your subscription anytime by pressing a button in your customer interface or sending me a message to customer support. You will keep the access until the end of the period you paid for. Then the subscription will be automatically canceled.

How to activate my subscription during the trial?

How to upgrade my plan?
To upgrade to a higher plan, you can go here and choose the plan you're interested in: https://scrap.io/app/user/subscriptions?openPlans=1. By upgrading to a higher plan, your previous subscription will be refunded pro-rata for the unused time, the new subscription is charged and starts immediately.
Can I have a custom plan with feature A, B and C but with xxx credits?
Each of our users has different needs. Unfortunately, making a custom plan for each person is impossible. If you want to use one or more specific features of a plan, you have to choose that plan. Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose only one feature of a plan separately from the others.

My credit card is not working, can I pay using something else?
I understand your frustration if one or more cards do not work. In most cases, it is your bank that does not let us take the card. However, we have no power over this, and we cannot offer any other means of payment. I am sorry, but I can't offer you any alternative solution.
